Had the best help from Emily with move in and move out process. I was moving out 4 days after my unit payment was due and called to see if they offered a pro-rate and spoke to Emily who offered to let me maintain access without having to pay anything so I could move out. If I ever need to get a storage unit again I will come back to Pack-Rat again and again. Highly recommend!“

I cannot speak highly enough about pack rat storage. It’s a family owned business and the owners are local, so I know I’m getting a valuable service. The units are clean and I feel like my things are safe and secure. The front office staff, Emily and Mrs. Ruth are very kind and professional, and very knowledgeable about the business.
